Amy Kelly advised and drafted pleadings in a successful appeal in the Upper Tribunal for a registered social provider who had erroneously used the s13 Housing Act 1988 Form 4 rent increase form leading to the First Tier Tribunal assessing the tenant’s rent. Amy Kelly successfully argued that the First Tier Tribunal had no jurisdiction to do so, and the rent determination was overturned on appeal. See [2024] UKUT 415 (LC).
