Katherine commenced Pupillage in January 2025. Katherine will be receiving instructions from July 2025.

Before joining 12CP, Katherine appeared in over 900 civil cases as a County Court advocate. She was regularly instructed by solicitors and lay clients who appreciated her personable and pragmatic approach when dealing with contractual disputes, debt recovery, and housing matters. Katherine has also worked as a paralegal and legal assistant, where she negotiated, drafted, and reviewed contracts.

Before coming to the Bar, Katherine trained as a competitive ice skater in her native USA. She competed in the National Solo Dance Series and was awarded two gold medals by the United States Figure Skating Association.

Outside of the law, Katherine enjoys spending her free time baking, crafting, travelling, and of course, ice skating.
