12CP’s Civil Team has years of experience dealing with a full range of actions in the County and High Courts. We have a number of Counsel dealing with Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi-Track actions concerning road traffic incidents, personal injury claims, credit hire disputes and contractual matters.
Senior members of the Team deal with issues relating to professional negligence. We offer early conferences to discuss the merits of pursuing cases and are happy to offer advice and draft pleadings at short notice.
