Ethu Crorie prosecutes breaches of coronavirus regulations during lockdowns

Ethu Crorie prosecuted, on behalf of Runnymede Borough Council, a number of offences relating to breaches of the coronavirus regulations during the lockdowns. The Defendant was convicted and sentenced at Guildford Magistrates’ Court. The Defendant operated a car valeting business during more than one lockdown and ignored warnings from both the Police and the local authority. He was found guilty of all seven charges that he faced and fined. He was also ordered to pay the local authority’s costs in full.
