Secured a breach of contract injunction and dismissal of Defendant’s counterclaim for disrepair, harassment, discrimination under the Equality Act and personal injury. Represented the client over a number of years in a number of hearings including permission to appeal an outright possession order and stay, resulting in eviction of extremely difficult tenant.
