Amy Kelly, Head of Housing today delivered training by MsTeams to numerous members of Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance (HALA) on the knotty issues surrounding the right to rent, and in particular dealing with occupants with no right to rent being left in occupation. The training revealed that reviews of policies and procedures may be required, which Amy is always happy to be instructed in. In addition to her court work and paperwork, Amy is a keen runner and is running Sunday’s London Marathon for one of chambers’ clients, The Enham Trust.
